Commercial Property Markets Defy Global Economic Uncertainties

While commercial property is still suffering from economic uncertainty around the globe, real estate markets are looking much steadier.

The Jones Lang LaSalle Global Office Index, which monitors the performance of prime office space across major markets in Europe, the Americas, and the Asia-Pacific region, reveals that the final quarter of 2011 marked the eighth consecutive quarter of rental growth.
